How it works

    We open & evaluate. Every quilt is carefully unpacked and looked over. If anything needs your input, we'll reach out before quilting.
  2. 2
    We quilt it. Your quilt goes on the machine. Pattern density is matched to your piece sizes so every piece gets quilted — and on large pieces, stitching is never spaced more than 6" apart.
  3. 3
    We match the thread. The exact thread shade is chosen from your color pick to complement both the front and the back.
  4. 4
    Binding (if selected). We finish the binding with a visible zig-zag stitch before it ships. All unused fabric (extra binding, trimmed backing) comes back with your quilt. No binding selected? We return it exactly as it came off the machine — we don't trim quilts unless binding is ordered.
  5. 5
    We mail it back. Return shipping is always included. No other fees are ever added.

Before you send your quilt

A few simple things make sure your quilt turns out beautifully.

  • ✓ Backing should be at least 4" bigger than the quilt top on all sides.
  • ✓ Piece your backing together first if it isn't wide enough.
  • ✓ No loose appliqués — everything on the top must be sewn and finished.
  • ✓ Do not add binding before sending it in.

Frequently asked questions

What's included in the price?

Your batting (cotton/poly or polydown) and return shipping are both included. There are no other fees.

How is the price calculated?

It's based on your quilt's size at a flat rate, with a $45 minimum. Binding and optional shipping insurance are added on if you choose them.

What kind of backing should I pick?

Will every part of my quilt be quilted?

Yes. We match the pattern density to your piece sizes so every piece gets quilting, and on large pieces stitching is never more than 6" apart.

Do you trim my quilt?

Only if you order binding. Without binding, we return the quilt exactly as it comes off the machine.
